- Wet / dry letter is on color film only. W is wet, the standard. D is dry, and the name must say “(Dry)”. Clear film has no letter.
- Thickness: 75 = 7.5 mil, 85 = 8.5 mil, 9 = 9 mil, 12 = 12 mil.
- Roll format: 6050 = 60×50, 6054 = 60×54, 48100 = 48×100, 36100 = 36×100, 30100 = 30×100, 24100 = 24×100.
- C = cap sheet.

Packing steps
- Read the full part number on the roll.
- MAX goes in a White Box. FM goes in an FMX box.
- For FMX, choose the Clear PPF or Color PPF label from the table above.
- For color film, check the letter before the first dash. D must print “(Dry)”; W prints no wet tag.
- Print the label and match it to the roll character for character, including the ending -C.
- Apply the label, close the box, and stage it with its order.
Never
- Put FMX film in a White Box, or a MAX roll in an FMX box.
- Put a white label on an FMX box, or a pre-printed label on a White Box.
- Print “Big” on any label. It is a system error being corrected.
- Pack a dry roll against a wet part number, or the reverse.

Each FMX color has a W and a D part number. White Box codes differ from FMX codes; never swap one for the other.
System corrections pending: “Big” to be removed from FMCRYW-75-6054-C, FMCRYD-75-6054-C and FMSOBD-75-6054-C. FMGLBW-75-6054-C is named “Glacier Blue (Dry)” and is under review. New part numbers to build: FMGCWD-75-6054-C Glac Ceramic White (Dry) and FMSOBW-75-6054-C Satin Onyx Black.
Current relabel work orders
September 2026. Follow the box and pack standard for every box. Office: build each White Box part number in Odoo before the warehouse starts.
Work order 1: Kinetic 60×50 to White Box WNW
100 rolls: FMKIN-75-6050-C Kinetic Clear PPF 60x50 → MAXWNW-75-6050-C WNW Hydrophilic 75
- Choose 100 Kinetic 60×50 rolls that are already palletized together. Take full pallets or full layers first so the rolls left behind stay organized.
- Remove the factory label. Apply a standard white label: MAXWNW-75-6050-C, WNW Hydrophilic 75.
- Move the 100 rolls in Odoo from FMKIN-75-6050-C to MAXWNW-75-6050-C.
After this order, FMX Kinetic 60×50 stock drops from 240 to 140 rolls. The 48×100, 36×100, 30×100 and 24×100 Kinetic rolls stay FMX.
Work order 2: X75 to White Box WWX
X75 → MAXWWX-75-6050-C WWX Hydrophobic 75
- Confirm the X75 serial numbers are in Odoo.
- Print and apply a standard white label to each roll: MAXWWX-75-6050-C, WWX Hydrophobic 75.
